Samson XT Competition Stock Lead Time – Approximately 2-3 Months
Foundation Stocks is excited to expand our best-selling competition platform with the Samson XT. Samson’s strength was never in complexity — it was in leverage, reach, and knowing exactly where to apply it. The XT takes that same idea and stretches it six inches further down range, giving competitive shooters more rail, more balance points, and more room to tune a rifle to their exact setup. The original Samson isn’t going anywhere; the XT simply gives you a second way to build it.
Why the XT?
The XT is a variation of the Samson, not a replacement for it. Where the standard Samson stays compact, the XT adds six inches of forend and a longer, flush-mounted ARCA rail — moving your balance point, barricade contact, and bipod position forward. It also reworks how the stock is weighted. Rather than relying on internal barrel-channel weights and a barrel bridge, the XT tunes entirely through side inserts and rear cylinder weights, keeping adjustment external, repeatable, and easy. Both configurations are available with the Genesis 2 grip and the Centurion grip, so shooters can choose based on forend length, weight tunability, and overall setup preference.
